Refunds or exchanges apply up to 14 days after the first delivery attempt.

If you would like to return your online purchase please email us and request a ‘RETURNS CODE’ quoting your 5 digit order number. We will then email you with a code and a pre paid returns label. You have 14 days from receiving your code and label to return them to us.

Returns will not be accepted or processed without a code. This code should be indicated clearly on the exterior of the package.

Items purchased using a gift card or credit note will be refunded onto a gift card or credit note.
