Our love for Western inspired boots doesn't change season to season. This Winter we have a new take on our much loved Ripa cowboy boot. Resting on a low, cuban heel, our newest style, Riolo, has a pointed toe with slightly stepped out sole. Decorative top stitching covers the toe with twisting and zig zagging lines, while flame like patterns adorn the shafts and a small heart sits on the front. Gently curved top lines skim the shins and feature and pull on tabs for a traditional nod and ease of wear.

True to size. We recommend if you are between sizes that you take the smaller option.

Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £3.95 Aims to be delivered within 48 hours.
DHL Express Next Day - £5.95
Delivered the following day (if ordered before 3pm). This does not include weekends bank holidays.

USA - DHL Express - £22.95
Aims to be delivered between 2/3 days. Orders places after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Tracking is provided on dispatch.

We cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. The customer is responsible for paying any local custom or duty charges. Returns are the customers responsibility.
RETURNS
We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt or the first delivery attempt.
UK Returns
If you would like to return your online purchase please email us and request a ‘RETURNS CODE’ quoting your 5 digit order number. We will then email you with a code and a pre-paid returns label (UK only) which you just need to print out and affix to your parcel.
PLEASE NOTE - This policy does not apply to promotional and sale items. For these items a return fee of £3.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
NON UK Returns
Returns from outside of the UK are the buyers responsibility.
Items purchased using a gift card or credit note will be refunded onto a gift card or credit note.

How long will my order take?

All of our parcels are sent using either Royal Mail or DHL. The services we provide are as follows:

What if they don't fit?
Don't worry! Our returns policy allows 14 days, from the day you receive your order or the first delivery attempt, to return your items unworn and in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. PLUS UK returns are free.
