Vicolo, our best-selling flat knee high boot, is back. Elegant, and simple, Vicolo's sophisticated clean lines showcase the stunning craftsmanship of its hand-finished Italian leather. A side zip and almond shaped toe complete the look which resembles equestrian styles. Available in 3 colour and material options, Vicolo is the perfect flat boot to polish off-duty looks.

True to size. We recommend if you are between sizes that you take the smaller option.

Delivery
UK Delivery in 1-3 days using Royal Mail Tracked services.
Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery which should take 2 days to arrive, although we allow up to three days.
Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery usually allows for 1 day, although we allow up to two.
Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed before 1pm.
International orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 20 days for international orders to arrive.

Returns
Christmas Returns Policy
During the lead up to Christmas we have extended our FREE returns window. Should a purchase to be quite right, items ordered between 4th December and 24th December 2023 can be returned at ay point up until 12th January 2024. Any purchases made after this fall into our usual 14 day returns policy.
Refunds or exchanges apply up to 14 days after the first delivery attempt.
We offer FREE UK returns (on non-sale items). Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery providing the goods are unworn and in the original packaging.

How long will my order take?
We have three different options for delivery.
Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery which should take 2 days to arrive, although we allow up to three days.
Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery usually allows for 1 day, although we allow up to two.
Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed before 1pm.
What if they don't fit?
Don't worry! Our returns policy allows 14 days, from the day you receive your order or the first delivery attempt, to return your items unworn and in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. PLUS UK returns are free (on non sale items only).
