Delivery and Returns Policy

UK Delivery:
We aim to deliver all of our parcels within 5 days of the order date. This does not include weekends and bank holidays and during peak periods you should allow ten days.
Orders before 3pm Monday - Friday will be posted the same day.
All of our parcels are sent using Royal Mail. The services we provide are
24 Hour Tracked, 48 Hour Tracked or Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm. 24 Hour and 48 Hour Tracked parcels do not require a signature. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can check your parcels progress and make arrangements if you won't be in or have missed your delivery.
International Delivery:

International orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked. Please allow up to 20 days for international orders to arrive. We cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. The customer is responsible for paying any local custom or duty charges.


We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt or the first delivery attempt.

If you would like to return your online purchase please email us and request a ‘RETURNS CODE’ quoting your 5 digit order number. We will then email you with a  code and a pre-paid returns label which you just need to print out and affix to your parcel. You have 14 days from receiving your code and label to return them to us.

Returns will not be accepted or processed without a code. This code should be indicated clearly on the exterior of the package and on your returns slip.

Items purchased using a gift card or credit note will be refunded onto a gift card or credit note.
