Returns and exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges apply up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date.
The procedure for online purchases is to please email us and request a ‘RETURNS CODE’.
Returns will not be accepted or processed without a code.
This code should be indicated clearly on the exterior of the package which should then be returned to us by post.
PLEASE NOTE - only postal returns are accepted in the case of online purchases.
We DO NOT accept returns into the shop in person unless by prior arrangement.
