Delivery and Returns Policy

DELIVERY
     
UK Delivery:
All of our parcels are sent using either Royal Mail or DHL. The services we provide are as follows:
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £2.95
Aims to be delivered within 48 hours. Tracking number is provided on dispatch.
DHL Express Next Day - £5.95
Delivered the following day (if ordered before 3pm). This does not include weekends bank holidays. Tracking number is provided on dispatch.
 
International Delivery:

 

USA - DHL Express - £22.95

Aims to be delivered between 2/3 days. Orders places after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Tracking is provided on dispatch.

Europe - DHL Express - £19.95

Aims to be delivered between 2/3 days. Orders places after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Tracking is provided on dispatch.

Rest of World Including Australia, Canada & New Zealand - DHL Express - £34.95

Aims to be delivered between 2/4 days. Orders places after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Tracking is provided on dispatch.

We cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. The customer is responsible for paying any local custom or duty charges. Returns are the customers responsibility.

RETURNS

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt or the first delivery attempt.

UK Returns

If you would like to return your online purchase please email us and request a ‘RETURNS CODE’ quoting your 5 digit order number. We will then email you with a  code and a pre-paid returns label (UK only) which you just need to print out and affix to your parcel. You have 14 days from receiving your code and label to return them to us.

Returns will not be accepted or processed without a code. This code should be indicated clearly on the exterior of the package and on your returns slip.

NON UK Returns

Returns from outside of the UK are the buyers responsibility.

If you would like to return your online purchase please email us and request a ‘RETURNS CODE’ quoting your 5 digit order number. Your parcel should then be packaged and sent to:

Keith Scarrott Shoes, PO BOX 1387, Cheltenham, GL50 9LQ, UK.

Items purchased using a gift card or credit note will be refunded onto a gift card or credit note.

 PLEASE NOTE - THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO EXTERNAL EVENTS.
