Vicolo Slim, one of our best-selling flat knee high boots, is back. Designed to flatter the slimmest of legs and the narrowest of calves, our slim fit styles ensure everyone can find their perfect long boot this season. Elegant and simple, Vicolo's sophisticated clean lines showcase the stunning craftsmanship of its hand-finished Italian leather or suede. A side zip and almond shaped toe complete the look which resembles equestrian styles. Vicolo is the perfect flat boot to polish off-duty looks.
SLIM FIT: After listening to our customers, we worked closely with some of our small suppliers in Venice, Italy, to create Slim Fit longer length boots. Our Slim Fit boots ensure that customers with even the narrowest of calves can find their perfect long boot this season. Fantastico!
We find they are not the easiest to get on but worth every bit of effort once they are on. As a guide, if you can get them done up half way, experience tells us they will eventually do up! We know that sounds dramatic. If you're struggling please email us and we'll advise you through the process. We promise it's worth it!

True to size. We recommend if you are between sizes that you take the smaller option.

UK Delivery:
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £2.95 Aims to be delivered within 48 hours.
DHL Express Next Day - £5.95
Delivered the following day (if ordered before 3pm). This does not include weekends bank holidays.
International Delivery:
USA - DHL Express - £22.95
Aims to be delivered between 2/3 days. Orders places after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
Europe - DHL EXPRESS - £19.95
Aims to be delivered between 2/3 days. Orders places after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
Australia, Canada & New Zealand - DHL EXPRESS - £34.95
Aims to be delivered between 2/4 days. Orders places after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends and bank holidays. Tracking is provided on dispatch.
We cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. The customer is responsible for paying any local custom or duty charges. Returns are the customers responsibility.
RETURNS
We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt or the first delivery attempt.
UK Returns
If you would like to return your online purchase please email us and request a ‘RETURNS CODE’ quoting your 5 digit order number. We will then email you with a code and a pre-paid returns label (UK only) which you just need to print out and affix to your parcel.
NON UK Returns
Returns from outside of the UK are the buyers responsibility.
Items purchased using a gift card or credit note will be refunded onto a gift card or credit note.

How long will my order take?
UK Delivery:
All of our parcels are sent using either Royal Mail or DHL. The services we provide are as follows:

What if they don't fit?
Don't worry! Our returns policy allows 14 days, from the day you receive your order or the first delivery attempt, to return your items unworn and in the original packaging for a refund or exchange. PLUS UK returns are free.
